Completed!

I have finished my Funky Chick cushion cover. I bought the fabrics from Westpoint,, and thought they went very well with the colours of the stitchery. My DH actually helped me with the placing of squares. The fabrics are "Treasures Of The East", by Hoffman California International Fabrics.

In a postcard swap with an online group, we had to make a card with the theme of 'modern flowers'. I received the following card from Angela! It is a blue poppy thread painted from a photo. I must say that this photo does not do the card justice.
The next card is the one I made for my swap partner, Tessa.
The flowers are 3D,,and I have a way to go before I can thread paint like Angela!!
