What,,, another bag

and another day out.
I wanted to make another small bag,, so using an old pattern I made this

The little embroidery is a small design from a Gail Pan book, that I drew freehand on the fabric. The plain fabric and handles are from a tablecloth that I bought (reduced) from Sainsburys.

We had a look at Charmouth recently,, first time there,, and it was lovely.

Looking towards Lyme Regis
Now,,, that's what I call a bird house!
A little while ago I took a picture of my fabric stash,,,
,,, I took a picture of my yarn as well,,
Don't tell DH,,, this isn't all of it!!!

We went to Wells and then Shepton Mallett on Saturday. A bargain was found in one of the charity shops in Wells,,,
there is just over a metre of it!!!
And I couldn't resist this little bundle from the yarn and fabric shop in Shepton Mallett.
They are King Cole yarns,, Riot and ZigZag.

Bishop's Palace, Wells.
My ironing board broke at the weekend,,, so I made myself one,,,
sits perfectly at the side of my sewing machine.

  5. Lovely bag - very original. I don't know about you but I have great trouble hiding my stash of wool and material. I squirrel it away in various drawers and wardrobes and then forget where it is. Your charity fabric has reminded me that there is about a metre of similar fabric at our CS on the £1 rail. Now do I really need it!
    Love from Mum
